Re-Release of A Case of Murder

After a few months, the port from PAWS to DAAD is complete. Although the initial transfer seemed to go smoothly in actuality many things got broken. Hopefully, all the major issues have now been found and fixed. Along the way, various spelling/grammar issues were identified and corrected. Also, several cases of bad coding were uncovered and remedied. After this, we discovered we had freed up a chunk of memory.

As a result, a notebook was implemented (though later removed on a couple of platforms). This should make it slightly easier to check your progress toward solving the case. A lot of work took place on connections between rooms, and an automatic list of exits was implemented freeing up space in the room descriptions.

The original was text only as it aimed for the 48K Spectrum. However, graphics have been added throughout the game for platforms with larger memory capacity. The decision was made not to have graphics for all the rooms, indeed only the opening room has a graphic, instead, graphics were added for characters and some objects.
